Where is it?

Capital Addition is an older neighborhood located a half mile from the Arizona state capital building and government buildings. This neighborhood has been neglected and in disrepair for many years but THAT is changing rapidly.

The Plan?

The master plan is to create better curb appeal with landscaping and restoration of the charming vintage homes into what they once were. The goal is to maintain the area's character while making it friendly for bicyclists and pedestrians.

Calling all Artists

We are striving to change the neighborhood into an exciting, innovative green and artist community. We want to create an artist renaissance and turn this area into a destination for the arts. We need your help! Come join us!
